COVID-19 – Our Commitment to Our Clients and Partners

During these exceptional circumstances, Netlift would like to reiterate that our priority is the health and safety of our employees, clients and partners. We are actively monitoring the evolution of the COVID-19 situation.

We would like to inform you that we have deployed our business continuity program so that we are able to remain completely functional and we continue to adapt to the pandemic’s repercussions.

The measures that we implemented were developed in line with the advice provided daily by the government agencies with authority in this area, and they include the following:

  • A generalized remote working policy has been implemented. Given that our teams possess the technological tools needed to continue to work effectively, we do not anticipate any interruption of our professional services.
  • All of our clients’ carpooling and medical transportation operations have been maintained to support those with mobility constraints.
  • As regards sanitation measures, we have the ability to trace individuals who have used our services, whether with a taxi driver or a fellow carpooling user, in the eventuality that a COVID-19 case was detected after they used our services.

As part of the exceptional measures pertaining to COVID-19, Netlift is providing two service solutions that you can offer to your employees who have to go to their workplace: a carpooling solution and a solution for transportation via taxi.

We understand that, due to the nature of their responsibilities, some workers have to travel, that is why the Netlift Team and its partners are mobilizing to offer you turnkey solutions to facilitate your employees’ mobility during this crisis period.
